    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page three, section fifteen-c, line thirty-five, after the word “section.” by adding the following: For purposes of this section, “business day” means a day on which state offices are open for business.;

    And,

    on page four, section fifteen-d, line seven, after the word “Commissioner.” by inserting the following: For purposes of this section, “business day” means a day on which state offices are open for business.
